Trimble County Traffic Court
Trimble County traffic cases are handled in Kentucky District Court. The County Attorney page states that the County Attorney prosecutes criminal cases in District Court and handles all Trimble County traffic, misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony cases at the District Court stage. Trimble County Traffic Record Fields

It may include the citation, charge, court date, plea, failure-to-appear activity, fines, costs, payment status, disposition, and clerk actions. A public search may show less than the official file, and certified copies still come from the clerk.

Pay or Contest Traffic Ticket
The ePay guide says online payment options allow court fines and costs to be paid in full or through a payment plan. Credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted online. Cash payments must be made at the Circuit Clerk's office, though KCOJ also advertises a retail cash-payment option through CashPayToday. The ePay guide says the balance of fines and costs must be paid in full at least two days before the court date.
If contesting the ticket, do not pay it as a final guilty or responsibility resolution. Appear for District Court or contact the clerk about the court date and procedure. For a missed court date, call District Court at 502-255-3525 immediately because failure to appear may create a bench warrant or other hold. For a DUI or other criminal traffic case, the court record may overlap with Trimble County criminal court records.
Important: Online payment can resolve eligible fines, but it is not a substitute for appearing when the court requires appearance.
Court Traffic vs Driver Record
Trimble County traffic court records and Kentucky driver records are separate files. The court file belongs to the court system and shows the case. Trimble County Traffic Access Rules
